What we did
We designed and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform from scratch with role-based auth, recurring billing, analytics dashboards and an admin panel. Automated deployment and an architecture ready to scale with customers.
Migration to headless commerce
What we did
We migrated a traditional store to a headless architecture, decoupling frontend and backend to maximize speed and SEO. Catalog, checkout and order management rebuilt with a focus on conversion rate.
AI customer-support agent
What we did
We built an AI assistant trained on the company knowledge base, integrated into the site and ticketing system. It answers 24/7, triages requests and escalates only complex cases to humans.
Back-office process automation
What we did
We mapped repetitive manual processes and automated them with workflows and RPA: data entry, reconciliations and notifications now run on their own, with full logs and zero copy-paste.
Customer portal with private area
What we did
We built a custom customer portal with authentication, a private area, documents, recurring payments and notifications, integrated with the existing back office. Accessible from any browser, no installs.
